The Pavilion Sub-Acute Care, Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Center

- is a dedicated, sun-filled Rehabilitation Center within Bridgeway Care Center - offering sub-acute care and rehabilitative services following illness or injury. The Pavilion at Bridgeway Care Center helps ensure a smooth "step-down" transition from a hospital to home or other healthcare setting, at a significantly lower cost.

As a short-term facility, The Pavilion is dedicated to restoring residents to optimal physical, mental and social health as quickly as possible. Following rehabilitation, residents receive a comprehensive discharge plan with follow-up services to ease the adjustment back to home.

    Rehabilitation Services Include:
  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech therapy
  • Audiology
  • Orthopedic care
  • Respiratory therapy
  • Post-stroke therapy

The self-contained Pavilion has a private entrance and is comprised of cheerfully decorated private and semi-private accommodations with an extensive therapy area, the latest in rehabilitative equipment, and a full-service ADL Kitchen that simulates a working home environment.

The Pavilion prides itself on superior sub-acute care and restorative nursing. Antibiotic therapy, IV Infusion, audiology therapy, NG Tube therapy, pain management and wound care management are among the specialized rehabilitation services we offer through Kessler CORE Rehabilitation.

Through a series of speech, and occupational therapies, residents can learn to regain their strength and increase endurance after a debilitating illness or injury such as pneumonia or a fractured hip. All therapies are personalized, allowing the individual to be rehabilitated according to ability.
