The Pavilion at Bridgeway provides physical therapy and short-term rehabilitation and sub-acute care services following a hospitalization. Our therapy service are provided by the renowned Select Medical Rehabilitation Service, an affiliate of the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and are available at all Bridgeway Senior Healthcare locations.

Alzheimer's Care Glastonbury Village at the Avalon Assisted Living offers compassionate, professional care dedicated to meeting the special needs of those who have Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia and other memory-related impairments. We offer the reassurance of a safe environment along with all the warmth and amenities of The Avalon.

Affiliated Service Providers offers home health care, aides, homemakers/companions, and skilled nurses to enable you or your loved one to enjoy a more independent lifestyle at home-- or when you require additional one-on-one attention in any Bridgeway Healthcare facility.
