From Route 287 North:
Take Exit 14B, Route 22 West (left lane exit). Proceed on Route 22 approximately 4.6 miles. Pass Bridgewater Commons Mall, Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon, and Metlife Building to Route 28 (North Branch Exit). At the stop sign at bottom of ramp, make right onto Route 28 (toward North Branch). Bridgeway Care Center is approximately 200 yards on the left.

From Route 287 South:
Take Exit 17, Routes 202-206/Route 22 (Somerville/Flemington). Proceed on Route 202/206 for approximately 1 mile. Take exit for Route 22 West (Clinton), continue on Route 22 West approximately 2.5 miles to Route 28 (North Branch Exit), at the stop sign at bottom of ramp, make a right onto Route 28 (toward North Branch). Bridgeway Care Center is approximately 200 yards on the left.

From Route 78 West:
Take Exit 29, Route 287 South (Somerville). Follow directions for Route 287 South.

From Route 78 East:
Take Exit 29, Route 287 South (Somerville). Follow directions for Route 287 South.
