Bridgeway Care Center is a privately owned and operated, 148 bed, long term care nursing facility, fully approved for Medicare, Medicaid, and respite programs and offers a wide range of rehabilitative services. Our staff of dedicated professionals includes an Administrator, Medical Director, Licensed Social Worker and a fully trained therapy staff, as well as, a certified Director of Activities with a very diverse program list. A Registered Dietician is responsible for Bridgeway's outstanding dietary service with custom diets tailored to each individuals special needs. |
